Highly experienced Project/Program Manager capable of performing projects to time and budget in complex environments. Trained in IBM in Project and Management skills with the final 2-year project for IBM being completed ahead of schedule  with a greater than 25% profit margin. He has worked in several countries in Asia Pacific (mostly SE Asia) including Papua New Guinea including management of a 9-month project that was also delivered ahead of planned completion date.

Also trained in consulting skills at IBM supplemented with specific training in Business Processes and IT Strategy to complement the PM skills. Has completed consulting assignments on behalf of several of the major consulting companies.

David Mills  Director and Principal Consultant

A long and successful career in IT and management consulting. He has worked in New Zealand, Canada, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. Highly regarded as a manager from both the perspective’s of achieving results and developing people. Result oriented and used to working to meet tight deadlines.

Used to managing teams of consultants working in different locations and on multiple projects to achieve timely results and develop new business opportunities. Financial Services, Telecommunications. Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail industry experience. Worked in a wide range of environments from Internet and Client Server through to Mainframes.
