VCF was formed in 2003 by a group of senior consultants, who had previously worked together, to provide quality consulting services to clients mostly in the South East Asia Region. We have been involved in many assignments that have varied from Project Management to Business Consulting to Technical Specialty roles.
In VCF we only propose consultants whose work and skills is known to us to clients. This has meant the success rate of the assignments has been much higher than if less experienced consultants not known to us were used.
The firm has developed since its inception to include a number of Subject Matter Experts that are available for short assignments or longer term contracts. We have also recommended consultants for full time positions where this has been a more suitable arrangement for the client and for the consultant.
